We are currently using a geothermal heat source to heat all the building on the property. We are also in the process of sizing our electric requirements and installing a solar system for all electric needs. We are considering using the property to generate surplus electric for use by other area agri-businesses. The possibility of selling excess energy whether solar or wind generated has significant potential upside for small agriculture organizations.
